Linda Kerns

Linda A. Kerns, Esquire, licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, practices election law, civil litigation, tax dispute and family law. In 2012, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett appointed Linda to a six year term on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. She is a long time Board Member of Saint Rose of Lima School in West Philadelphia.  Linda serves as the Chair of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Republican National Lawyers Association and is on its Board of Governors.She is also on the Free Speech and Executive Committee of the Federalist Society.In 2015, she received the Mary Tierney Award for Service from the Philadelphia United Republican Club, the oldest continually operating Republican Club in the United States. In May 2017, the Republican National Lawyer Association gave her the prestigious Betty Murphy Award at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. Linda received her Bachelor’s Degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago and earned an LLM in Taxation and a Graduate Certificate in Estate Planning from Temple University Beasley School of Law.  Linda was just accepted into the Doctor of Public Administration Program at West Chester University where she will earn her doctorate degree and concentrate her studies in election law issues.
